Infinitode 2 – Tower Defense
How it plays
Infinitode 2 reduces the battlefield to a grid of shapes and a route you can follow at a glance. The waves keep coming, so part of the challenge is finding out how long a particular defense can hold. That makes it natural to revisit a map and compare what happened after changing a tower’s placement, targeting or upgrades.
There are two kinds of progress to watch. During a run, towers gain experience and can develop abilities. Between runs, a research tree lets you build up permanent upgrades, using resources that miners can gather. The simple presentation gives you room to pay attention to those choices. If you enjoy adjusting one part of a setup and seeing how much farther it gets you, the endless waves give you a way to measure the difference.
Three gameplay details
- Waves can continue indefinitely in a run.
- Towers gain experience and can use different targeting strategies and abilities.
- Miners gather resources that can fund permanent research upgrades.
Who might enjoy it
Players who enjoy clean maps, repeated experiments and a long-term upgrade system.
